Karynne Summars is a former international corporate finance banker turned author, screenwriter, producer and magazine editor.

As an editor/writer, Karynne has written for various international lifestyle magazines with articles covering celebrity interviews, film/play reviews, entertainment and culture as well as international travel, philanthropy, events and personal development. 

Her screenplays in the genres drama/true-life stories, psychological thriller and espionage thriller are written not only to provide entertainment but also to convey a meaningful message. 

Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, she is an avid traveler who regularly attends various exciting international cultural events. She is a global citizen with residences in New York, Berlin, and Marbella, Spain.
